R. Douglas Johns

The author took liberties creating this fictional story based on the lives of three beautiful young dancers.

Names, characters, places and incidents either are the product of the author's imagination or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events, or locales is entirely coincidental.

R. Douglas Johns still keeps a home in Reno, Nevada, "The Biggest Little City in the World".

Between 1978 and 1980 he owned the hottest disco in Reno.

During that time Reno was a boom town. Several new hotel/casinos opened at midnight on the same day including the Sahara, the Money Tree, Circus Circus and the MGM Grand.

With the new casinos came the huge production shows that brought professional dancers and singers to Reno from all over the world.

It was an exciting time filled with amazing shows, both large and small, as well as an incredible night life scene.

It was a golden era in Reno, new night
clubs were opening and R. Douglas Johns was right in the middle of it.
